18例体外循环术后应激性溃疡原因分析及对策

目的分析心脏术后应激性溃疡的原因及验证药物和手术治疗的效果。方法回顾性分析18例经抑酸和手术治疗的应激性溃疡患者。结果保守治疗15例，治愈13例，死亡2例；手术治愈3例。结论心脏手术后应激性溃疡治疗与抑酸药物及手术干预有关。

Cause Analysis and Treatment of 18 Cases of Postoperative Cardiopulmonary Stress Ulcer.

Objective To analyse pathogenetic factors associated with the development of stress ulcer in patients following cardiac surgery and to examine the efficacy of medical and surgical therapy of stress ulcer in this setting. Methods Retrospective study with the eighteen patients of stress ulcer were receiving antacids and surgical treatment. Results Of fifteen patients with conservative treatment, 15 were cured and 2 were dead. Three patients were cured with surgical treatment. Conclusion The ther- apy of complications of postoperavtive stress ulcers following cardiac surgery of correlates with the use of prophylactic regimens to suppress acid secretion and surgical interventions.
