黄芪注射液联合复方丹参注射液治疗肾病综合征的临床观察

目的 探讨黄芪注射液联合复方丹参注射液治疗肾病综合征的疗效.方法 将126例原发性肾病综合征患者分为两组.两组均采用优质蛋白饮食,治疗组60例,在常规饮食基础上应用强的松和速尿治疗;对照组66例,在常规饮食基础上,加用黄芪注射液及复方丹参注射液,治疗28 d为1个疗程.结果 治疗组总有效率为92%,对照组为56%,两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(t=4.56,P<0.05).结论 黄芪注射液联合复方丹参注射液治疗肾病综合征有效.

The Clinical Observation on Huangqi Injection Combined with Compound Danshen Injection in Treating Nephrotic Syndrome

Objective To explore the combination of Astragalus injection combined with Danshen injection in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome. Methods 126 cases of primary nephrotic syndrome were recruited into a control group (66 cases) and a treatment group (60 cases). Both groups were given high-quality protein diet. On this basis, the treatment group was treated with Huangqi injection combined with compound Danshen injection, while the control group was treated with prednisone and furosemide. Both groups received a course of 28 days' treatment. Results The total effective rate was 92% and 56% in the treatment group and the control group respectively, with the difference showing statistical significance (t =4.56,P<0.05) .Conclusion Huangqi injection combined with compound Danshen injection is effective in treatment of nephrotic syndrome.
