摘    要:目的了解某饲用酶制剂生产企业作业场所职业病危害因素种类、工人接触职业病危害水平及该企业存在的职业卫生问题。方法采用现场检测检验法、现场职业卫生调查法、检查表对照法等进行综合分析。结果该建设项目的总体布局、生产设备布局、职业病防护设施等基本符合职业卫生标准;现场检测粉尘合格率为88.89%;各种毒物浓度均符合国家标准;噪声检测合格率为70.83%。结论饲用酶制剂生产企业高噪声生产设备较多,且基本为集中布置,造成噪声叠加,噪声危害应引起企业重视。

Investigation and evaluation of occupational hazards in enterprise producing feed enzyme preparation

Abstract:Objective To understand the types and harm levels of occupational diseases in the enterprise, and explore the occupational health problem. Methods Comprehensive analysis was used including field detection, the field occupational investigation and checklist. Results The items of the overall layout, the arrangement and layout of the facilities, occupa- tional disease prevention and protection measures accorded with the requirements of laws and regulation of occupational health. The qualified rate of total dust was 88. 89% ; Various toxicant concentrations were in line with national standards; Qualified rate of noise was 70. 83%. Conclusion High level noise equipments are used and basically concentrated layout, so that noise superposition appears. Noise hazard should be paid attention.
