白山市鸭绿江水体非O1群霍乱弧菌血清分型

目的了解白山市外环境水体中非O1群霍乱弧菌的菌型分布和致病性，掌握其流行规律，为感染性腹泻的控制和防治提供科学依据。方法于2006年4月-2008年8月对鸭绿江水系白山段水体进行了连续定点的监测，并对部分菌株进行了霍乱肠毒素的检测。结果共检测水样200份，检出非O1群霍乱弧菌70株，可以用诊断血清分型的有41株，可分型率为58．57％，未定型29株，占41．43％。分离出携带霍乱肠毒素毒力基因（CT）的非O1群霍乱弧菌5株。结论通过对鸭绿江水系白山段水体的监测，证实该水体中广泛存在着非O1群霍乱弧菌，其血清分型是复杂和分散的。首次分离出携带霍乱肠毒素毒力基因（CT）的非O1群霍乱弧菌。鸭绿江水系中非O1群霍乱弧菌的存在与人们的生活污水排放有密切关系。

Serotypes of non - O1 Vibrio cholerae in water body of Yalu River in BaiShan

Objective To understand non - O1 Vibrio cholerae serotype distribution and pathogenicity in external environ- mental water of Baishan, and master the popular rules and provide scientific basis for the control and prevention of infectious diarrhea. Methods Non - O1 Vibrio cholerae and some strains of cholera enterotoxin were detected from April 2006 to August 2008 in the Yalu River water for continuous fixed monitoring. Results Seventy strains of Vibrio cholerae non - O1 group were checked out in 200 samples, forty - one strains serotypes were indentified by diagnostic serum and the rate of subtype was 58. 57%. Twenty - nine strains could not be indentified by diagnostic serum and the rate was 41.43%. Five strains of Vibrio cholerae non - O1 group with virulence genes carry cholera enterotoxin （CT） were isolated. Conclusion Yalu River water by monitoring, it is confirmed the widespread non - Ol Vibrio cholerae in water. The serotypes of non - 01 Vibrio cholerae are complicated and dispersive. Non - O1 Vibrio cholerae with cholera enterotoxin virulence gene （CT） is isolated in the first. Non - O1 Vibrio cholerae in Yalu River have a closed relationship with the people sewage emissions.
