摘    要:目的:从分子水平探讨脊髓损伤发病机制,为临床治疗脊髓损伤寻求有效手段。方法:选用Wistar大鼠30只,制造脊髓压迫性损伤模型,以免疫组织化学方法,动态观察大鼠脊髓损伤早期神经细胞C-fos基因表达变化。结果:脊髓损伤后2h,损伤区胶质细胞中C-fos基因表达已明显,伤后6,8,24h更为显著。结论:脊髓损伤后C-fos基因表达的情况可能与脊髓原发性损伤和继发性损伤机制有关。

Abstract:Objective: Our aims were to study the mechanism of spinal cord injury at molecular level and to explore the effective methods for treatment of spinal cord injury (SCI). Methods: Animal models of SCI were established in 30 Wistar rats. Changes of C fos gene expression in nerve cells were observed with immunohistochemical methods in the early stage of SCI. Results: Expression of C fos gene in glicial cells of injuried areas was obvious 2 hours after SCI, and more significant 6, 8, and 24 hours after the injury. Conclusion: The phases of C fos gene expression after SCI were closely related to the mechanism of primary and secondary injury.
