观察榄香烯注射液联合放疗治疗肺癌脑转移的疗效及对血清中基质金属蛋白酶-2和-9的影响

目的:观察榄香烯注射液联合放疗治疗肺癌脑转移的疗效及对血清中基质金属蛋白酶-2和-9的影响。方法:将医院随机选取的70例肺癌脑转移患者分为治疗组与对照组,其中治疗组在采用三维适形放疗3D-CRT技术进行颅内病灶放疗的基础上进行榄香烯注射液的治疗,榄香烯注射液平均每天的量为600 ml。对照组只是采用3D-CRT技术进行颅内病灶的放疗。对两组患者病症的改善率和总有效率进行统计,观察对比患者在治疗前后的血清中基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)-2和-9的变化。结果:与对照组相比,治疗组的病症改善率与治疗的总有效率都有明显的提高(P<0.05),治疗组患者在治疗前后血清MMP-2和-9的下降值明显比对照组的高(P<0.05)。结论:采用榄香烯注射液联合放疗治疗肺癌脑转移具有明显的疗效,对降低血清中MMP中-2和-9也有明显的效果。

To observe the curative effect of elemene injection combined with radiotherapy in the treatment of brain metastases of lung cancer and its influence on serum matrix metalloproteinase-2 and-9

Objective To observe the Elemene Injection combined with radiotherapy for brain metastasis from lung cancer and its influence on serum matrix metalloproteinase-2 and -9.Methods Hospital randomly selected 70 cases of brain metastases of lung cancer patients were divided into treatment group and control group,treatment in the treatment group were Elemene Injection based on the three dimensional conformal radiotherapy for intracranial lesions with 3D-CRT technology on Elemene Injection,average daily volume is 600 ml.The control group only using 3D-CRT technology for intracranial lesions.The two groups of patients with disease improvement rate and total effective rate statistics,comparative observation of patients before and after treatment the serum matrix metalloproteinase（MMP） changes of-2 and -9.Results Compared with control group,the treatment group symptom improvement rate and the total effective rate of treatment are improved significantly（P 〈 0.05）,patients in thetreatment group the serum levels of MMP-2 and -9 decreased values before and after treatment were higher than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The Elemene Injection combined with radiotherapy for brain metastasis of lung cancer has obvious curative effect, the decrease in serum MMP -2 and -9 also have obvious effect.
