| 摘 要： | 便秘是常见的慢性消化道症状，是影响生活质量的因素之一，例秘的手术治疗是肛肠外科的一大进展。目前我国的便秘手术治疗取得的进展几与国外平行，但是我国的便秘手术接受率百分比则远远不够，本文对比原因作了一些探讨，呼吁从事肛肠外科的医务人员应大力宣传便秘的危害性，努力开展便秘手术治疗的科研工作。
