纤维支气管镜肺灌洗术在神经外科重症肺部感染治疗中的应用

目的探讨纤维支气管镜肺灌洗术应用于神经外科重症肺部感染患者的临床效果。方法 35例神经外科重症肺部感染患者根据其病理情况,给予合适的纤维支气管镜肺灌洗治疗。结果痊愈25例,痊愈率为71.4%,总有效率为91.4%,显示了较好的临床效果。结论在积极预防的基础上应用纤维支气管镜肺灌洗治疗重症肺部感染患者,能显著提高临床效果,改善患者生活质量,值得在临床上应用和推广。

The Clinical Observation on Bronchoalveolar Lavage Used for Patients with Serious Pulmonary Infection of Neurosurgery

Objective To explore the clinical effect of BAL used for patients with serious pulmonary infection of neurosurgery. Methods 35 cases of patients with serious pulmonary infection of neurosurgery were given right BAL therapy according to concrete conditions. Results The cure cases were 25, the cure rate was 71.4%, the total effective rate was 91.4%, and it showed good clinical effect. Conclusions BAL therapy used for recovery of serious pulmonary infection on base of active prevention, can significantly enhance clinical effect and improve the life quality of patients, so it deserved application and promotion in clinical work.
