股骨转子间骨折发病与季节关系的临床研究

目的:探讨股骨转子间骨折发病与季节之间的关系。方法:查阅病案室2000年1月～2005年12月入住本院的股骨转子间骨折患者160例,记录患者受伤日期等一般资料,计算各月各季节的每日骨折发病率,比较各季间发病率有无差别。结果:全部股骨转子间骨折,春季有37例,夏季有43例,秋季有44例,冬季有36例(依照惯例划分,2～4月为春季,5～7月为夏季,8～10月为秋季,11～1月为冬季),计算并采用统计学方法比较各季间的每日发病率无差别。结论:本地区股骨转子间骨折的发病四季均匀,冬季发病率增高现象不明显。

Clinical Research for Relationship between Incidence of Femoral Intertrochanteric Fracture and Season

Objective: To investigate the relationship between the incidence of femoral intertrochanteric fracture and season. Methods: A total of 160 patients suffering femoral intertrochanteric fractures were treated in our hospital from January 2000 to December 2005. We prospectively look up their case history and record their general datum including injured time. The daily incidence of every season was calculated and compared. Results: The year was divided into four seasons each of 3 months-spring (February-April), summer (May-July), autumn (August-October) and winter (November-January). There were 37 patients suffering in spring, 43 in summer, 44 in autumn and 36 in winter. There was no significant difference in incidence of all four seasons with statistical software SPSS. Conclusions: The daily incidence of femoral intertrochanteric fractures in local area was uniform between every season. It is not obvious that the incidence in winter is higher.
