CD15抗原在膀胱癌表达的临床意义

目的 研究膀胱癌组织中CD15抗原的表达情况及其临床意义。方法 应用微波-LSAB免疫组织化学法,检测52例膀胱癌组织中CD15抗原的表达。结果 52例膀胱癌中,36例(69.2％)呈CD15阳性表达。CD15阳性率随着膀胱癌病理分级、临床分期上升而显著增高(P<0.05),在肿瘤直径≥2cm者显著高于<2cm者(P<0.05)。CD15阳性者复发和死亡率显著高于CD15阴性的复发和死亡率(P<0.01)。结论 CD15是膀胱癌高度恶性和预后不良的重要生物学指标。

Clinical significance of CD15 antigen expression in bladder carcinoma

Objective To study the expression of CD15 antigen and its clnia significance in carcinoma of the a bladder. Methods Microwave-LSAB immunohistochemical technique was used to investigate the expression of GD15 antigen in bladder carcinoma. Results The positive rate of CD15 expression was 69.2% (36/52), which was positivly correlated to the pathologic grade of the malignancy and the clinical staging( P< 0.05 ) . Immunohistochemical expression on tumors had a diameter of 2cm or more was significantly higher than that on tumors less than 2cm in diameter(P<0.05). The percentage of recurrence and death in positive cases was remarkably higherthan that in negative ones( P < 0.01). Conclusion CD15 antigen might be an important biologic marker for evaluating the malignancy and prognosis of bladder carcinoma.
