病毒性脑炎患儿脑脊液中人类鼻病毒的检测分析

目的 探讨小儿病毒性脑炎与鼻病毒的关系.方法 对1例男性,1岁零6个月的抽搐患儿的脑脊液、咽拭子应用RT-PCR多重检测技术进行呼吸道病毒及脑炎病毒检测,阳性结果再进一步基因测序,并分析其临床资料.结果 该患儿咽拭子及脑脊液样本中均检测到鼻病毒的特异性核酸片段,但其临床表现及脑脊液改变均较轻,未发现其他严重脑损伤的表现.结论 鼻病毒可能是我国小儿脑炎的病原之一,应引起重视.结果首次表明鼻病毒可引起中枢神经系统感染.

Detection of hmnan rhinovirus in the cerebrospinal fluid of children with viral encephalitis

Objective To explore the relationship between the viral encephalitis in children and human rhinovims. Methods A one-year and six-month-old male patient was enrolled in this study. Multiplex reverse transcrip- tion-polymerase chain reaction （RT-PCR） was performed to detect the virus from the CSF and nasopharyngeal aspirates （NPA）, and positive specimen was identified by DNA sequencing. The clinical data was collected and analyzed. Results The nucleic acid fragments of human rhinovims（HRV） was identified in the NPA and CSF from the patient. The symptoms and CSF change of this case was mild and no other serious symptoms of brain injury was found. Conclusions The human rhinovims may be one of the pathogens of viral encephalitis, and should be taken seriously. The result first indi- cate that rhinovirus may cause central nervous system infection.
