| 摘 要： | ５７例冠心病患者的子女和双亲无ＣＨＤ病史的对照进行了ＣＨＤ危险因素的对比研究，发现双亲具有ＣＨＤ病史者的载脂蛋白Ａ１（ａｐｏＡ１）水平明显低于对照组，载脂蛋白Ｂ（ａｐｏＢ）、脂蛋白（ａ）［Ｌｐ（ａ）］、舒张压水平和体重指数明显高于对照组。吸烟、饮酒、高脂饮食惯、体育锻炼和血脂水平两组间无显著差异。ＣＨＤ患者与其子代间的Ｌｐ（ａ）水平呈正相关。

| Abstract: | ifty seven adults with parental history of coronary heart disease(CHD)and 57 controls were studied on CHD risk factors.It was indicatedthat serum Lp(a)and apoB level,diastolic blood pressure and body massindex of those witn parental history of CHD were higher than those without it,while apoA_1 level of the formers were lower than the latters.Cigarette smoking,alcohol consumption,diet, exercises,serum triglyceride,total serum cholesterol and high density lipoproteins were statistically nonsignificant between the two groups.Positive correlationship of Lp(a)level was found between parents and their offsprings. |
