螺旋CT增强扫描影像特征对肝癌介入治疗的指导作用

目的：探讨CT增强扫描对肝癌介入治疗的指导价值。方法：回顾性分析67例肝癌介入治疗病人的螺旋CT增强扫描图像，并同介入治疗时的DSA图像进行对比研究。结果：67例中有53例癌灶由腹腔干供血，14例由肠系膜上动脉供血；肝动-静脉漏（Avs）7例，肝动-门脉漏（APVS）5例，门脉主干癌栓7例，门脉分支癌栓21例。结论：肝癌介入治疗前螺旋CT增强扫描具有重要的价值，能为介入治疗提供众多有用的信息，指导介入治疗的实施。

Value of spiral CT Contrast Scanner in Interventional Therapy for Liver carcinoma

s Objective:To study the role of spiral CT contrast scans in interventional therapy for treatment of liver cancer.Methods:The images of the spiral CT contrast scans of 67 cases of liver cancer were reviewed and compared with their DSA which was performed before the patients received interventional therapy.Results:The blood supply of the HCC of 53 cases came from the celiac trunk and 14 from the superior mesenteric artery;Arteriovenous shunting(AVS) was found in 7 cases;arterioportal venous shunting in 5 cases;the trunk of hepatic portal vein in 7 cases showed portal cancerous thrombus;the branch of hepatic portal vein in 21 cases showed portal cancerous thrombus.Conclusion:Contrast scans of spiral CT can provide a lot of useful information for interventional therapy for liver cancer.
