腰椎后上缘软骨结节的CT诊断

摘    要:目的 :探讨腰椎后上缘软骨结节 (L PMN)的 CT特征 ,及其对周围结构的影响。方祛 :回顾性分析 2 4例腰椎后上缘软骨结节的 CT资料。结果 :根据腰椎后上缘软骨结节的部位将其分为两型 :后正中型 ,易压迫硬膜囊或双侧神经根 ,双侧隐窝狭窄。后旁侧型 ,主要引起同侧侧隐窝狭窄 ,同侧神经根受压 ,并易压迫硬膜囊外前部。结论 :CT能清楚显示 L PMN的改变及其对硬膜囊和神经根的影响 ,是最理想的检查方法

Abstract:Objective To explore CT characters of lumbar posterior superior marginal intraosseous cartilaginous node (LPMN) and it influence on the tissue around LPMN. Methods The CT data of 24 patients with LPMN was analysed retrospectively. Results According to the location of LPMN, two types were proposed: ①edian type, dural sacs and double side nervous roots were easily pressed and double side recesses were becoming stenosis; ②Exterior types, the same side recess was narrow and nervous roots of the same side was pressed in most cases of LPMN. Conclusion CT can clearly show the changes and influence of LPMN on dural sacs and nervous roots, and CT is the best examination for LPMN.
