| 摘 要： | 分析８例肾血管平滑肌肪瘤的ＣＴ表现，认为其ＣＴ表现具有特征性。典型ＣＴ表现是：平扫为含有脂肪及软组织成份的混杂密度块影，边界清楚；增强后软组织部份不同程度强化。同时讨论了ＣＴ诊断及鉴别。

| Abstract: | CT appearances of 8 cases with renal angiomyolipoma were analyzed.The author is of the opinion that CT finding has features.The characteristic CT finding are: non homogeneous mass with fatty tissue and soft tissue is demonstrated od plain scan, well defined margin.The component of soft tissue has variable enhancement in the contrast scanning.Meanwhile,CT diagnosis and differential diagnosis of renal angiomyolipoma were discussed. |
