摘    要:①目的 探讨锌对糖尿病 (DM)大鼠红细胞和淋巴细胞免疫功能的影响。②方法 采用四氧嘧啶建立 2型糖尿病模型 ,腹腔给氯化锌 (1 2 0mg kg体质量 ) ,观察免疫指标的变化并与对照组比较。③结果 补锌前红细胞C3b R花环率、CD3 ,CD4,CD4 CD8比值明显低于对照组 (t=2 .85~ 5 .0 9,P <0 .0 1 ) ,CD8和血糖明显高于对照组(t=3 .84,9.41 ,P <0 .0 1 ) ;补锌后红细胞C3b R花环率、CD3 ,CD4,CD4 CD8比值明显高于补锌前 (t=2 .1 8~ 3 .1 4 ,P<0 .0 1 ,0 .0 5) ,CD8和血糖低于补锌前 (t=2 .2 9,7.1 3 ,P <0 .0 5)。④结论 补锌不但降低DM大鼠的血糖水平 ,还增强其免疫功能 ,可作为DM的一种可行的辅助疗法

Abstract:Objective To study the effects of zinc on immune functions of erythrocytes and lymphocytes of diabetic rats. Methods Changes of immune function were investigated for alloxan induced diabetic rats after and before administration of zinc (120 mg/kg, i.p.) and compared with the control group. Results Before the administration of zinc, the red blood cell C 3b receptor rosette, CD 3, CD 4 ,CD 4/ CD 8 were significantly lower ( t=2.85-5.09, P <0.01) and the CD 8 and blood sugar were higher than those of the control group ( t=3.84,9.41, P <0.01).After administration of zinc, the red blood cell C 3b receptor rosette, CD 3, CD 4 CD 4/CD 8 were higher ( t=2.18-3.14, P <0.01,0.05)and the CD 8 and blood sugar were lower than before the administration of zinc ( t=2.29,7.13, P <0.05). Conclusion The administration of zinc not only decreases the level of blood sugar, but also enhances the immune function of the diaberic rats.
