| 摘 要： | 流体悬浮床于20世纪60年代已用于烧伤的临床治疗，通过干热、悬浮等作用达到保暖、减轻或避免创面受压、减轻感染、促进创面愈合、降低护理工作量等目的。目前它在烧伤的治疗中取得了巨大的成功。本文将就流体悬浮床的原理及其在重度烧伤临床应用作一综述。

| Abstract: | Fluid suspension it c tion,promoting t in the therapy bed has been used in the treatment of burn since 1960s.Through the mechanism of dry heat and an reach such objectives as keeping warm ,reducing raw surface compression as well as infeche healing of raw surface,cutting down the nursing service.Presently it has obtained great success of burn.In this article,the mechanism of air-fluidized bed and its application in the field of severe burn are reviewed |
