| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨经尿道前列腺剜除术联合小切口膀胱切开取石治疗前列腺增生合并膀胱结石的临床疗效.方法 回顾性分析38例前列腺增生合并膀胱结石采用经尿道前列腺剜除术联合小切口膀胱切开取石的临床治疗情况.结果 全部患者均顺利完成手术,平均手术时间65 min,切除前列腺重量平均35 g,术后平均留置导尿管8.9 d,术后平均住院时间9.5 d.结论 经尿道前列腺剜除术联合小切口膀胱切开取石治疗前列腺增生合并膀胱结石具备安全、有效、手术时间短、切除彻底、并发症少、不易复发等优点.
