十二指肠壁内淋巴管及淋巴流向

利用动脉内墨汁硝酸银注射法和普鲁士蓝间接注射法在３４具新鲜胎儿尸体上研究了十二指肠壁内淋巴管分布及淋巴流向．结果表明，在十二指肠粘膜、粘膜下层、环肌与纵肌之间和浆膜下存在毛细淋巴管，但在肌纤维束之间未见到毛细淋巴管．十二指肠的淋巴经过局部淋巴结向上注入腹腔淋巴结，向下注入肠系膜上淋巴结．

The lymphatic vesseles and lymph drainage in intramural of duodenum

The lymphatic vesseles and lymph drainage in intramural of duodenum were investigated by using intra arterial injection with Chinese ink silver nitrate solution and Prussian blue indirectly. The results indicate that lymph capillaries were found in mucous,submucous layers and in between the circular and longitudinal muscles, but were not found in the muscular fiber bundles.The lymph from duodenum flowed through the local lymph nodes and then upward to the celiac lymph nodes,and furthermore downward to the mesenteric lymph nodes .
