| 摘 要： | 研究了由高山红景天中提取的红景天多糖、甙及甙元酪醇对正常小鼠脾淋巴细胞转化试验的影响．结果表明，红景天多糖在体内外均可促进小鼠淋巴细胞转化反应，且本身具有丝裂原样作用；红景天甙在体外亦可增强有丝分裂原刺激小鼠脾淋巴细胞的增殖反应，而甙元酪醇对此无影响．

Effect of extract from Rhodiola Sachinensis A. Bor on spleniclymphocyte transformation in mice |

| Abstract: | The effects of Rhodiola Sachinensis A.Bor Polysacharides(RSPS),glycoside(RSGS) and alcohol casein (RSAC) extracted from wild Rhodiola Sachinensis A.Bor on lympocyte transformation in normal mice were studied.It was found that RSPS enhanced the proliferation response of splenogtes in vivo and in vitro,and,also had mitogenesis.RSGS had the same effect in vitro as RSPS.However RSAC had no effect. |
