| 摘 要： | 根据接受手术治疗的７２例腰椎间盘突出症患者的术前临床资料制定评分标准，并对评分所得分数、术式及术后疗效之间的关系进行分析．结果，除１例伴有大小便功能障碍者之外，最低分者为１２分，最高分者为２１分，１６～１８分者所占比率最高，疗效优良率达９２％，没有差的病例．１２分以上者应考虑手术治疗，１６分以上者应积极选择手术治疗．尽管得分数低，但伴有大小便功能障碍者也应行积极手术治疗．

| Abstract: | The clinical data of pre operation cases of patients with herniated intervertebral lumbar disc were analysed to make an appraised standard and used to try to get the best and earlist surgical indication. the result showed that the lowest point was 12, the highest one was 21, and 16～18 points or more need operation and those with 16 points or more should take operation. However, we also emphasize to choose surgical treatment on the patients with low points but having disability with urine and stool functions. |
