| Abstract: | The optimal extracting technique of Sanchi Ginseng (Roots of Panax notoginstmg) was selected using notoginsenosides as an index by a uniform design method.The results indicated that the optimal conditions were as follows: the concentration of alcohol was 700mL/L,the volume of solvent was 5 times as much as that of the prepared pitces ,the reflux time was 7 hours, the reflux temperature was 90℃, and the soak time was 12 hours. |
