| 摘 要： | 采用均匀设计法和高效液相色谱法，以丹参酮ⅡＡ为指标，探讨了丹参提取最佳工艺条件．结果表明，乙醇浓度为９５０ｍｌ／Ｌ，溶剂用量为药材量的３．５倍，回流时间为５０ｍｉｎ，回流温度为６０℃为佳．

| Abstract: | The extracting technology of salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. was selected using tanshinoneⅡA as an index with uniform design and high performance liquid chromatography method.The results indicated that as 50 min and the reflux temperature was 60℃. |
