参七胶囊的制备及临床观察

目的:研制参七胶囊并进行临床观察.方法:将三七、人参、丹参用适宜的方法提取、制备,用薄层色谱法及浸出物控制质量,选用156例冠心病患者,随机分成治疗组和地奥心血康对照组,观察其疗效.结果:本品制备工艺可靠,质量可控,治疗组在治疗冠心病及合并糖尿病、高血脂症时优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:参七胶囊制备简单,质量可控,疗效确切,安全有效.

Preparation and Clinical Observation of Salvia-notoginseng Capsules

Objective: To develop salvia-notoginseng capsules and make clinical observation. Method: Panax notoginseng ( Burk. ) F. H. Chen, panax ginseng C. A. Mey. and Salvia mtttiorrhiza Bge were refined with proper methods. TLC was used to control the quality of its extraction. 156 patients with coronary heart disease were chosen and they were divided into theraputic group and controlled group randomly to observe the clinical therapeutic efficacy. Result: The manufacturing technology of salvia-notoginseng capsules is reliable and the quality can be controlled. The therapeutic group is superior to the controlled group when the patients with coronary were treated together with combined diabetes mellitus and hyperlipidemia (P <0. 05). Conclusion: The preparation of salvia-notoginseng capsules is simple and its quality can be controlled. Its clinical therapeutic efficacy is accurate and safe.
