| 摘 要： | 目的探讨家庭访视对提高老年髋部骨折病人的康复和生活质量的影响。方法对我科64例老年髋部骨折患者随机分为对照组和家访组各32例。对照组常规给予出院指导,定期复查(术后1、3、6月回院复查)。家访组在此基础上由专业组护士定期家庭访视。半年后采用生存质量量表对两组患者的生活质量进行评定。结果家访组评分显著优于对照组(P<0.01),家访组病人生活质量高于对照组(P<0.05)差异有统计学意义。结论家庭访视护理干预可帮助老年髋部骨折患者进行规范化的康复治疗,因此可有效地减少并发症的发生并提高患者的生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the influence of home visits on improving the rehabilitation and the quality of life of elderly patients with hip fracture.Methods 64 cases of elderly patients with hip fracture in our department were randomly divided into control group and home visits group,each group in 32 cases.Control group were given the conventional discharged guidance and regular review(Post-operative 1.3.6 on back for review).Home visits group were given the regular home visits by the responsible nurse.Six months later,assessed the quality of life of patients by survival quality table.Results The scores of home visits group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01),the quality of life of the home visits group was better than the control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.Conclusions The regular home visits by nursing can help the elderly patients with hip fracture to carry out standard rehabilitation,so it can effectively decrease complications and improve the quality of life of the patients. |
