防哮颗粒联合中医护理干预对哮喘缓解期患儿免疫功能的影响

目的:探讨防哮颗粒联合中医护理干预对哮喘缓解期患儿免疫功能的影响。方法:将90例哮喘缓解期患儿随机分为治疗组、中药对照组、西药对照组各30例,中药对照组口服固本咳喘片,西药对照组吸入布地奈德气雾剂,治疗组口服防哮颗粒联合中医护理干预,比较三组干预前后安全性指标、呼吸道感染次数、免疫球蛋白检测结果及T细胞亚群检测结果。结果:三组患儿干预前后生命体征、血常规、尿常规、大便常规检查均未发现异常;治疗组干预后呼吸道感染次数、免疫球蛋白检测结果、T细胞亚群检测结果优于干预前(P<0.05,P<0.01);治疗组干预后呼吸道感染次数、免疫球蛋白检测结果、T细胞亚群检测结果优于中药对照组和西药对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:防哮颗粒联合中医护理干预可提高哮喘缓解期患儿的免疫功能,减少呼吸道感染次数,值得临床推广。

Impact of Fangxiao granule against asthma combined with nursing intervention in the light of TCM theory on the immune function of children patients with asthma in remission stage

Objective:To investigate the impact of Fangxiao granule against asthma combined with nursing intervention in the light of TCM theory on the immune function of children patients with asthma in remission stage.Methods:90 children patients with asthma in remission stage were randomly divided into the treatment group,TCM control group and western medicine control group(30 cases in each group).The patients in the TCM control group received the drug therapy with oral Guben Kechuan tablets;the patients in the western medicine control group were given inhalation of Budesonide aerosol and the patients in the treatment group were treated with Fangxiao Granule against asthma combined with nursing intervention in the light of TCM theory,the safety index,frequency of respiratory tract infection,results of immunoglobulin detection and T cell subgroup detection were compared among the three groups before and after intervention.Results:The abnormalities were not found in vital signs and blood,urine and stool routine examination of the patients in the three groups before and after intervention;the frequency of respiratory tract infection,results of immunoglobulin detection and T cell subgroup detection were less and better after intervention than those before intervention in the treatment group(P<0.05,P<0.01);the frequency of respiratory tract infection,results of immunoglobulin detection and T cell subgroup detection were less and better in the treatment group than the TCM control group and western medicine control group after intervention(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:Fangxiao granule against asthma combined with nursing intervention in the light of TCM theory can improve the immune function and reduce the frequency of respiratory tract infection of children patients with asthma in remission stage.
