经会阴部超声诊断后壁、侧后壁前置胎盘的诊断意义

目的探讨经会阴部超声比经腹部超声检查后壁、侧后壁前置胎盘的诊断的准确性。方法回顾性分析60例后壁、侧后壁前置胎盘分别经腹与经会阴超声检查结果对照。结果对后壁、侧后壁完全性与部分性前置胎盘的诊断上述两种方法无明显统计学并差异(P>0.05);对后壁、侧后壁边缘性与低置性前置胎盘的诊断上述两方法有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论经会阴部超声检查对后壁、侧后壁边缘性与低置性前置胎盘的诊断明显优于经腹部超声检查,具有重要的诊断价值。

The value of transperineal sonography in the diagnosis of placenta previa of posterior wall and lateral posterior wall

Objective The accuracy of transperineal sonography was investigated in the diagnosis of posterior wall and lateral posterior wall by comparing with transabdominal sonography.Methods The results of of the transperineal and the transabdominal sonography were compared through retrospectively analyzing 60 cases placenta previa of posterior wall and lateral posterior wall.Results There was no significant difference between the two methods in the diagnosis of total placenta previa and partial placenta previa of posterior wall and lateral posterior wall(P>0.05).There was significant difference between the two methods in the diagnosis of lower and marginal placenta previa of posterior wall and lateral posterior wall(P<0.01).Conclusions It is obviously clear that transperineal sonography is superior to the transabdominal sonography in the diagnosis of lower and marginal placenta previa of posterior wall and lateral posterior wall.
