喹硫平联合抗抑郁药治疗抑郁症的临床观察

目的探讨抗抑郁药合并喹硫平治疗单用抗抑郁药反应不佳的抑郁症的疗效和安全性。方法将60例单用抗抑郁药无效或部分反应的抑郁症患者随机分为喹硫平组或保持原有治疗方案,疗程为6周,在1,2,4,6周采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)[1]、HAMD减分率评定疗效,以副反应量表(TESS)评定不良反应。结果在治疗后第1,2,4,6周末两组HAMD减分率有统计学差异(P均<0.05),两组不良反应均较少。结论喹硫平联合抗抑郁药治疗抑郁症,可增强抗抑郁药疗效,增效作用较快,适合于治疗单一抗抑郁药反应不佳已于这个患者。

Clinical observation of antidepressant combined with Quetiapine in treating depression

Objective To evaluate whether or not augmentation with Quetiapine is beneficial and safe to patients with an inadequate response to antidepressants. Methods 60 patients with an inadequate response to one antidepressant were assigned randomly to each of Quetiapine plus ongoing antidepressant group or antidepressant alone group for 6weeks.The curative effect and safety of the two groups before treatment and after treatment for 1,2,4,6weeks were evaluated with HAMD and TESS. Results The HAMD score of Quetiapine group after treatment for first week was obviously lower than that before treatment and the control group(p<0.05).So did for 2 weeks and 4,6 weeks.There were less adverse reactions in both the two groups. Conclusions The results indicate that Quetiapine may be a useful and safe adjunct to antidepressant for depressive patients with an inadequate response to antidepressants.
