交锁髓内钉固定治疗胫骨骨折98例临床分析

目的分析交锁髓内针固定治疗胫骨骨折的临床效果。方法 2007年1月～2011年12月采用交锁髓内针固定治疗98例胫骨骨折患者,62例病人采用闭合复位交锁髓内钉内固定术,36例难以闭合复位者采用小切口开放复位内固定术。结果术后92例患者获得随访,时间3～12月,平均8月,88例骨折患者平均愈合时间6.8月。8例发生骨折延迟愈合,2例患者1年后仍未愈合,经自体髂骨移植钢板固定后5月愈合,无不愈合及畸形愈合。结论交锁髓内针治疗胫骨骨折可获得良好的临床疗效,值得推广。

Clinical analysis of 98 cases of tibial fracture treated with interlocking intramedullary nail fixation

Objective To analyze the clinical outcome of tibial fracture treated with interlocking intramedullary nail fixation. Methods Total ninety-eight cases of tibial fracture were treated with interlocking intramedullary nail in our hospital from January 2007 to January 2011.Sixty-two of them were fixed with nterlocking intramedullary nail under closed reduction.The left 36 cases were patients who were difficult to be performed with close reduction,and thus open reduction with small incision were done to them to help reduction. Results All the patients were followed up for three to twelve months,with an average of eight months.Eighty-eight cases were healed with the mean healing time of six point eight months.Eight cases underwent delayed union.Two fracture cases healed with autologous bone graft for five months underwent nonunion. Conclusions Interlocking intramedullary nail is a favorable management for tibial fracture and should be used widely.
