支气管哮喘与尘螨过敏的关系分析

目的探讨支气管哮喘患者尘螨过敏情况并分析它们的相互关系。方法对236例支气管哮喘患者和50例正常人进行皮肤点刺试验检测粉尘螨和屋尘螨过敏情况。结果哮喘患者尘螨过敏的总阳性率为66.95%,明显高于健康对照,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),儿童组尘螨的阳性率高于成人组(P<0.05);158例对尘螨过敏的支气管哮喘患者中,133例(84.18%)对粉尘螨和屋尘螨均呈阳性反应,仅对粉尘螨或屋尘螨过敏者分别只有10.13%和5.70%,成人组与儿童组间比较差异无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论尘螨是支气管哮喘重要的过敏原,占绝大多数的患者同时对粉尘螨和屋尘螨均呈阳性反应,加强居室环境尘螨控制,可减轻和减少支气管哮喘发作,尘螨检测亦可为特异性免疫治疗提供可靠依据。

Analysis of relationship between asthma and allergy against Dust mite

Objective To investigate the correlation of allergy against dust mite to asthma in the patiants with asthma.Methods Skin prick tests were performed to 236 cases with asthma and 50 healthy cases by flour mite and house dust mite.Results The positive rate against the dust mite allergens of the patients with asthma was 66.95%,wich was higher than that of controle group,and there was a significant difference between both groups(P<0.01).The positive rate of the children was higher than that of the adults.In 158 patients allergic to dust mite,133 cases(84.18%) showed positive reaction to both flour mite and house dust mite,10.13% to flour mite and 5.70% to house dust mite.There were no differences in positive reaction to dust mite between the two groups of adults and children(P>0.05).Conclusions Dust mite acts as an important role in allergens to asthma.The most of asthma patients showed positive reaction to both flour mite and house dust mite.So enhance dust mite control in our living environment would reduce asthma attack.And the detection of dust mite in patients with asthma helps to provide a reliable basis for specific immunotherapy.
