冠心病患者介入治疗术后舒适状况及影响因素调查

目的:调查分析冠心病患者介入治疗(PCI)术后舒适状况及影响因素,并提出针对性护理干预对策。方法:采用舒适状况量表(GCQ)评价82例冠心病患者PCI术后24、48、72 h舒适状况,分析不同年龄、性别、文化程度及穿刺部位患者24 h舒适状况。结果:本组患者术后48、72 h GCQ评分均高于术后24 h评分(P<0.05,P<0.01);患者年龄、性别、文化程度与其GCQ评分不相关(P>0.05),穿刺部位与其GCQ评分相关,桡动脉穿刺患者社会文化评分、环境评分、总分均高于股动脉穿刺患者(P<0.05)。结论:了解冠心病PCI患者术后舒适状况及影响因素并给予针对性护理干预,可促进其尽快康复。

Investigation on the postoperative comfort status of patients with coronary heart disease and influencing factors after interventional therapy

Objective:To investigate the postoperative comfort status of patients with coronary heart disease and analyze the influencing factors after interventional therapy so as to put forward the countermeasures of nursing intervention.Methods:The general comfort questionnaire(GCQ) was used to evaluate the comfort status of 82 coronary heart disease patients respectively in 24,48 and 72 hours after interventional therapy,analyzing the comfort status of the patients in different age,sex,education level and puncture sites in 24 hours.Results:GCQ scores were higher in 48 and 72 hours than those in 24 hours after interventional therapy(P<0.05,P<0.01);the patient’s age,gender and educational level did not correlate with GCQ scores(P>0.05);the puncture sites correlated with GCQ scores,the social culture scores,circumstance scores and the total scores in the patients who underwent puncture via radial artery were higher than those who underwent puncture via femoral artery(P<0.05).Conclusion:The corresponding nursing intervention based on understanding the postoperative comfort status of patients with interventional therapy and the influencing factors can promote the recovery of coronary heart disease patients as soon as possible.
