早产胎膜早破192例临床分析

目的探讨早产胎膜早破(PPROM)的保胎治疗,减少围生儿的死亡。方法 192例早产胎膜早破随机分为两组,观察组用盐酸利托君对照组用硫酸镁保胎治疗。结果延长孕周观察组明显长于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同孕周的早产儿结局,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胎膜早破的妊娠结局与破膜时孕周和延长孕周有关,对不同孕周的早产胎膜早破应采取相应的治疗措施,以减少围产儿并发症及围产儿死亡率。

Analysis on 192 cases of premature membranes rupture

Objective To investigate the premature rupture of membranes(PPROM) tocolysis treatment to reduce perinatal child death.Methods 192 cases of premature rupture of membranes were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group ritodrine hydrochloride tocolytic magnesium sulfate treatment control group.Results The study group was significantly longer than the extension of gestational age group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Outcome of preterm children of different gestational age,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Premature rupture of membranes rupture of pregnancy outcomes and extend the gestational age and gestational age related to premature rupture of membranes of different gestational age appropriate therapeutic measures should be taken to reduce perinatal complications and perinatal mortality.
