全程导乐陪伴分娩的效果分析

目的探讨全程导乐陪伴分娩模式的临床效果。方法将300例住院分娩的初产妇随机分为导乐组与对照组。导乐组由有分娩经验的助产士一对一全程陪伴,给予产妇持续的生理、心理及情感上的支持;对照组按产科常规护理。结果导乐组的剖宫产率明显低于对照组,总产程显著缩短,产后出血率、胎儿窘迫、新生儿窒息发生率均低于对照组。两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论全程导乐陪伴分娩能明显降低了剖宫产率,缩短产程,减少产妇的痛苦,减少产程中母婴并发症的发生,导乐陪伴分娩是坚持以人为本的产时护理模式,值得推广。

Analysis of Doula accompanied delivery effect

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the whole Doula mode. Methods 300 cases of hospital Primiparas were randomly divided into childbirth doula group and control group.Doula group was accompanied by the experienced midwives,one-on-one full maternal sustained physical,psychological and emotional support;control group received routine obstetric care. Results The cesarean section rate in the doula group was significantly lower than the control group,a significant shortening in the total process,the rate of postpartum hemorrhage,fetal distress and neonatal asphyxia were lower than the control group.The difference was significant(P<0.05). Conclusions The whole Doula childbirth can significantly reduce the cesarean section rate,shorten the birth process,reduce pain,reduce the occurrence of maternal and fetal complications in the birth process,Doula is a people-oriented production model of care,which is worthy of promotion.
