α-糜蛋白酶在中重度前房积血治疗效果的分析

目的探讨α-糜蛋白酶在中重度前房积血治疗效果的分析。方法回顾分析2009年1月～2011年12月收治41例41眼中重度性前房积血的患者,其中22例予局部配合α-糜蛋白酶注射为观察组,19例未局部配合α-糜蛋白酶注射为对照组,观察两组前房积血吸收情况及前房积血后并发症发生的情况。结果观察组22眼治疗后,前房积血吸收时间缩短,前房积血后并发症发生率低,取得了良好的治疗效果。结论对中重度性前房积血的患者,经常规足量药物治疗时,如果局部配合α-糜蛋白酶注射,前房积血吸收时间缩短,前房积血后并发症发生率降低,是一种有效的辅助治疗手段。

Analysis of α-chymotrypsin in severe hyphema treatment effect

Objective To evaluate the effects of the α-chymotrypsin in severe hyphema treatment.Methods From 2009January to 2011December treated 41 cases41eyes with severe hyphema patients,including 22 cases of grant local with α-chymotrypsin injection into the observation group,19cases were localized with α-chymotrypsin injection as control group,observed two groups of hyphema absorption and hyphema after complications happened.Results In the observation group,22 eyes after treatment,hyphema absorption time was shortened,hyphema after low complication rate,achieved a good therapeutic effect.Conclusions Severe hyphema patients,regular adequate drug treatment,if the local with α-chymotrypsin injection,hyphema absorption time is shortened,hyphema after lower the incidence of complications,is an effective means of adjuvant therapy.
