| 摘 要： | 目的探讨药物流产(药流)不全的子宫超声改变及诊断价值.方法经B超诊断为药流不全的93例病人经清宫术及病理检查加以证实.结果药流不全的超声改变有子宫增大,宫内异常回声,陶氏腔内部分病人有少量积液.结论B超诊断药流不全迅速、直观,并能确定蜕膜组织所至部位.对于宫内残留物的诊断率高达95%,可作为临床诊断药流不全的首选方法,并指导清宫术. |

| Abstract: | [Objective] To explore the ultrasonic changes of womb after incomplete drug abortion and its diagnosing value. [Methods] By womb cleansing operation and pathological examination, 93 cases of incomplete drug abortion were proved. [Results] Major ultrasonic changes were as follow: womb accretion, unwonted echo of womb and remnant liquid in Tao cavity. [Conclusion] Using B-ultrasonic to diagnose incomplete drug abortion is rapid and accurate with a diagnosing rate of 95%.; it can also find the exact location of deciduas. It can be the first choice for diagnosing incomplete drug abortion and directing matrix cleansing operation. |
