卒中平对大鼠大脑中动脉阻断模型脑缺血区体积的影响

摘    要:采用对照研究方法,观察新的纯天然药物制剂卒中平对大鼠大脑中动脉阻断模型脑缺血区体积的影响。结果表明:卒中平具有明显缩小脑缺血区体积的作用,其缺血区体积实验组、生理盐水组及空白对照组分别为39.87±14.90mm ̄3、57.18±23.19mm ̄3及57.93±18.97mm ̄3,实验组与两对照组间差别均有显著性(P<0.05)。提示:卒中平对大鼠实验性脑缺血性损伤具有保护作用。

Abstract:Using the middle cerebral artery occlu-sion model , we studied the effects of Zuzhongping onexperimental focal cerebral ischemia. Twenty-eightadult male Wistar rats were randomly divlded intothree groups:(1)Zuzhongping group (n=9),(2)Saline control group (n=10),and(3) Blank controlgroup (n=9). Group 1 and group 2 received via a gas-tric tube 1 1ml/kg/day of Zuzhongping and normalsaline, respectively.The cerebral middle arteries onthe right side of 28 rats were occluded with a bipolarelectro-coagulater at sites 1-2 mm from the right ol-factory nerve tract. Ischemic volumes were measuredby an image analytic system when the cerebral is-chemia had lasted 24 h. The results showed that theischemic vo l ume of Zuzhongping group was signifi-cantly smaller than that of group 2 and group 3,sug-gesting a protective effect of Zuzhongping.
