胸腔内注入尿激酶治疗结核性胸膜炎

目的:观察和评价胸腔内注入尿激酶治疗结核性胸膜炎的疗效.方法:将确诊的结核性胸膜炎患者136例,随机分为尿激酶治疗组和对照组,在常规应用抗结核药物和胸穿抽液的基础上,尿激酶治疗组于每次抽液后用尿激酶10万IU加10ml生理盐水溶解后注入胸膜腔.结果:治疗组在胸腔积液吸收时间、胸膜厚度、胸穿次数方面较对照组明显减少,有高度显著性差异(P<0.01).结论:胸腔内注入尿激酶治疗结核性胸膜炎可以促进胸液吸收,减轻胸膜肥厚、粘连,改善肺功能.

Therapy Tuberculous Pleurisy by Cavitas Thoracis Injection Urokinase

Objective: Observation and assessment the curative effect of tuberculous pleuris therapied by vavitas thoracis injection urokinase.Methods:The 136 cases,that were definited as tuberculous pleurisy,were divided into urokinase therapy group and control group.After routine applying antituberculosis drugs and tapping the pleural fluid,the therapy group was cavitas thoracis injected 10u urokinase and 10ml NS.Results: There are three aspects of the therapy droup are manifest diminished than the control group,such as the time of pleural effussion absorption,the thickness of pleura,and the frequency of stetho-prick,The difference is significant either(P<0.01).Conclusions:The method of cavitas thoracis injection urokinase can promote absorbing the pleural effussion,lessen the pachynsis pleurae,accurate and improve the lung function.
