摘    要:为了解nm23-H1基因在肺癌中的表达及与肺癌淋巴转移的关系,探讨其对肺癌淋巴结转移的抑制作用,对78例肺癌存档石蜡块进行重新切片,采用nm23-H1单克隆抗体进行免疫组化染色(SP法)。结果:nm23-H1蛋白表达与肺癌组织类型和淋巴结转移无关(P>0.05),而与肺癌细胞分化及发生有关(P<0.01)。结果提示nm23-H1基因对肺癌的形成有重要作用,在肺癌中nm23-H1基因不具有肿瘤转移抑制功能。

Abstract:To study the relationship between expression of gene nm23-H 1 protein and lymph node metastasis in lung carcinoma, 78 paraffin-embedded specimens of lung cancer were tested by immunohistochemical technology. The results showed that expression of gene nm23-H 1 protein was not related to histological types of lung carcinoma and lymph node metastasis (P> 0.05 ),but related to the formation of lung carcinoma and its tumor differentiation (P< 0.01 ).It is concluded that gene nm23-H 1 plays an important role in tumorigenesis and exerts no inhibitory effect on the metastasis of lung carcinoma.
