同种肋软骨鼓室成形术的远期疗效

目的：采用同种肋软骨为听骨柱，以部分听骨赝复物（ＰＯＲＰ）及全听骨赝复物（ＴＯＲＰ）行鼓室成形术。方法：肋软骨取材于死亡未达２４小时的新鲜尸体，放入７０％酒精中保存１个月后使用，术前雕刻成ＰＯＲＰ和ＴＯＲＰ，共完成手术５２８耳。结果：５２８耳术后经６个月～１４年随访，听力提高１５ｄＢ以上者４２６耳（占８０７％）。结论：同种肋软骨鼓室成形术有较好的远期效果。

Long term effect in tympanoplasty with allogeneic rib cartilage

Objective:Five hundred and twenty-five ears were treated with tympanoplasty,which ossicular chain was reconstructed by PORP or TORP which carved with allogeneic rib cartilage.Methods:The rib cartilage was taken from fresh dead body in 24 hours and dealed in 70% alcohol for at least one month before it was used.Results:Five Hundred and twenty-five ears were followed up from 6 months to 14 years.The hearing level was increased over 15 dB in 426 ears(80 7%).Conclusions:Tympanoplasty with allogeneic rib cartilage is of better effection for a long time.
