摘    要:[ 目的] 探讨表皮生长因子和rasP21 在胃癌组织中的表达特点和临床病理意义.[ 方法] 免疫组织化学链霉亲和素 过氧化物酶法检测35 例胃癌和5 例慢性萎缩性胃炎中表皮生长因子和rasP21 的表达及其协同表达规率.[ 结果] 表皮生长因子和rasP21 均在胃癌癌旁不典型增生和肠上皮化生组织中表达率最高,其次为胃癌组织,与正常胃粘膜区比较有显著性差异,二者协同阳性表达率随着分化程度的降低而升高.在2 例伴中度不典型增生的慢性萎缩性胃炎标本中二者表达协同阳性.[ 结论] 表皮生长因子和rasP21 的过表达发生在胃癌发展过程的早期阶段,对胃癌的早期诊断有重要意义.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To probe into the expressive characteristics and clinicopathological significance of the epidermal growth factor(EGF) and ras oncogene protein products(rasP21) in gastric carcinoma. METHODS To detect the expression of EGF and rasP21 in 35 cases of gastric carcinoma and 5 cases of chronic atrophic gastritis by immunohistochemical method(streptoavidin peroxidase,S P method). RESULTS The expressive ratio of EGF and rasP21 in dysplasia and intestinal metaplasia of peripheral tissues are higher than those in cancer loci and normal mucosa of transitional region, co expressive ratio of EGF and rasP21, detected in 2 cases chronic atrophic gastritis with moderate dysplasia are related with differentiation. CONCLUSIONS The over expression of EGF and rasP21 ocurr in the early stage of gastric carcinoma,it is significant in the early diagnosis of gastric carcinoma.
