| 摘 要： | 目的与方法：观察用高效液相色谱法长期追踪测定１１例癫痫患儿２１６份唾液和血清中苯巴比妥浓度。结果：唾液浓度与血清浓度呈正相关。结论：可以用测定唾液中苯巴比妥的方法代替血中苯巴比妥浓度的测定。

| Abstract: | Objective and Methods:To observe 216 phenobarbita concentration in saliva and serum of the 11 pediatric epilepsy children by method of the high efficiency liquid chromatogram of long-term track determining.Results:There were right correlation between saliva concentration and serum concentration.Conclusions:It is feasible that measuring the concentration of serum is replaced by measuring the concentration of saliva. |
