摘    要:目的 ]探讨细胞凋亡与Fas抗原在乳腺癌发生中的作用 .方法 ]应用免疫组织化学和DNA末端标记技术 ,原位观察了 2 9例乳腺癌 ,19例乳腺不典型增生中细胞凋亡与Fas抗原的表达 .结果 ]乳腺不典型增生中细胞凋亡指数显著高于乳腺癌和正常组织 ;乳腺癌中细胞凋亡指数高于正常组织 .Fas抗原在乳腺癌、乳腺不典型增生中的阳性率分别为 4 1% ,53% .Fas抗原阳性组细胞凋亡指数高于阴性组 .结论 ]细胞凋亡与Fas抗原表达异常在乳腺癌发生中起重要的作用 ,而且Fas抗原参与并引起细胞凋亡 .

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the effects of apoptosis and Fas antigen in the tumorigenesis of breast carcinoma and dysplasia. METHODS Using immunohistochemical staining and TdT mediated dUTP nicked labeling (TUNEL) technique, the expression of apoptosis and Fas antigen was detected in 29 cases of breast carcinomas and 19 cases of dysplasias in situ. RESULTS Apoptotic index in dysplasias was significantly higher than that in breast carcinoma and normal; apoptotic index in breast carcinoma was higher than that in normal. The positive expression rate of Fas antigen was 41%, 53% in breast carcinoma and dysplasia, respectively. Apoptotic index in the positive group of Fas antigen was higher than that in the negative group. CONCLUSION The abnormal expression of apoptosis and Fas antigen may play an important role in the tumorigenesis of breast carcinoma, and Fas antigen induces apoptosis in breast carcinoma and dysplasia.
