| 摘 要： | 为探讨六味地黄汤抗糖皮质激素诱导胸腺萎缩的作用，随机将NIH小鼠分为正常对照组、模型组和六味地黄汤组，给药6d后处死动物，检测胸腺质量，并利用图像分析仪检测皮质厚度。结果：模型组小鼠胸腺质量减轻、皮质变薄，而六味地黄汤组小鼠胸腺质量高于模型组（P＜0．05），胸腺皮质亦较厚（P＜0．05）。提示滋阴补肾中药六味地黄汤有拮抗糖皮质激素诱导胸腺萎缩的作用。

| Abstract: | To explore the counteracting effect of Liuwei Dihuang Decoction(LDD) on the thymus abophyinduced by glucocorticoid, NIH mice were allocated to three groups:the normal control group,the modelgroup and LDD group.The weight of thymus and the thicklless of thymus cortex were detected after themedication for 6 days.The results showed that the weight of thymus became lighter and the thickness ofthytms cortex got thinner in the model group,while thymus weight was heavier(P<0.05) and thymuscortex was thicker(P<0.05) in LDD group as compared with the model group.This indicates that LDDwith the action of nourishing Yin and tonicing kidney possesses a counteracting effect on the thymus atphy induced by glucocorticoid. |
