珊瑚／骨髓复合人工骨的实验研究

目的： 评价珊瑚／ 骨髓复合人工骨（ 简称复合骨） 的成骨效应。方法： 将复合骨植入兔背部肌袋和颅骨缺损， 以单纯珊瑚植入作对照。取材后通过组织学观察和计算机图像分析， 检测其成骨情况。结果： 复合骨植入肌袋后４ 周， 局部有骨组织形成， 而单纯珊瑚植入区未见骨组织成分。复合骨植入骨缺损后６ 周， 局部形成的骨组织量明显多于同期的珊瑚植入区（ Ｐ＜ ０－０１） 。术后１２ 周， 复合骨完全被成熟的骨组织取代， 而单纯珊瑚植入区则表现为不完全性骨修复。结论： 复合骨具有良好的骨再生和骨修复能力， 是一种较理想的骨移植替代材料。

Experimental study on coral/bone marrow composite

Objective:To examine the effect of new bone formation of coral/bone marrow composite.Methods:The composite bone was implanted into rabbit back muscle pounches and calvaril critical size defects,plain coral used as control.Specimens were removed and examined by histology and image analysis system.Results:Following the implantation into muscle pounches of the composite,lamellar bone was formated in the pores and on the surface of the implants at 4th week,while the plain coral implants did not show any bone formation.Following the implanting into the bone defects,the bone repairing ability and effect of the composite were better than those of coral at 6th week.At 12th week,the composite was replaced completely by mature bone.Conclusion:The composite may possess definitive osteoconductive and osteogenic activity and better bone repairing ability.It appears to be an ideal bone graft substitute for the repairment of bone defects.
