| 摘 要： | ［ 研究背景］ 先天性血管瘤分为鲜红斑痣、毛细血管瘤、海绵状血管瘤、混合型血管瘤．血管瘤用３２ 磷胶体注射治疗海绵状血管瘤疗效甚佳，其余３ 种类型用放射性核素３２ 磷、９０ 锶敷贴治疗．［ 病例报告］ 用放射性核素３２ 磷和９０ 锶敷贴治疗了不同类型的血管瘤１６０ 例．［ 讨论］ 年龄与疗效密切相关， 年龄越小，疗效越好，不同的血管瘤类型中以草莓状痣疗效最佳，其次为鲜红斑痣．

| Abstract: | BACKGROUNDThe Congenital Hemangioma classifies the nevus flammeus, capillary hemangioma, cavernous hemangioma and mixed type hemangioma. Using injection of 32 phosphorus ( 32 P) colloid, the curative effect for carvermous hemangioma was very good, and the others of 3 hemangioma were treated by application of radioactive nuclides of 32 P and 90 Strontium ( 90 Sr). CASE REPORT The different types of 160 cases of hemangioma were treated by application of radioactive nuclides of 32 P and 90 Sr.DISCUSSION The patient's age relates closely with curative effects, and the more age is young, the more curative effects are good. The cavernous hemangioma has the best curative effects and the next is the nevus flammeus in different types of hemangioma. |
