中药艾可清体外抑制猴免疫缺陷病毒活性的观察

以猴免疫缺陷病毒（SIV）和相应的CEMx－174细胞系统为模型，以3-叠氮胸苷（azidothymidine，AZT）为阳性对照药物，以抗原阳性细胞抑制率、病毒产量、细胞病变和SIV－1p27抗原表达抑制率为指标，观察了以清热解毒中药（紫花地丁、夏枯草、黄芩等）为主组成的艾可清复方对SIV的体外抑制作用。结果表明：中药艾可清在亚细胞毒性浓度（1：320）对抗原阳性细胞抑制率为69．6％，病毒产量显著下降，SIV-1p27抗原表达抑制百分率为94．67％，基本可以抑制细胞病变。综合4项指标，艾可清抑制SIV活性ED50为1：1280。提示该方在体外具有明显的抑制SIV活性作用。

Inhibitory Effect of Aikeqing on the Activity of Immunodeficiency Virus of Simian in Vitro

To investigate the inhibitory effect of Aikeqing, a herbal preparion containing heat-clearing and toxic-substance removing drugs, on simian immunodeficiency virus(SIV),SIV andCEMx-174 cell system were employed as the models and azidothymidine served as the positive controldrug.The antigen positive inhibitory rate, product of SIV virus,cytopathic effect and inhibitory rate ofSIV-1 p27 antigen expression were used as evaluation criteria. The results showed that when Aikeqingwas at the subcytotoxic concentration of 1: 320, the antigen positive inhibitory rate was 69.6%,theproduct of SIV virus decreased signifieantly, the inhibitory rate of SIV-1 p27 antigen expression was94.67 % and the cytopathic effect was controlled. Evaluated on the basis of the above four indexes,ED50 of Aikeqing inhibiting the activity of SIV was at 1: 1280.It is concluded that Aikeqing exerts a sig-nificant inhibitory effect on the activity of SIV in vitro.
