摘    要:目的:实现普通分光光度计分析过程的自动化。方法:用微机化多功能离子分析器与分光光度计联机测定维生素C的含量。结果:以本法测定药物中维生素C含量,与1995年版《中国药典》记载的方法比较,结果基本一致。结论:采用本法比用普通分光光度法更加简便、快速,可广泛用于药物分析。

Abstract:Objective:To automate the analytical process of the spectrophotometry by combining a microcomputerized multifunctional ion analyzer with a common spectrophotometer. Methods: The content of vitamin C(Vc) was determined by combining a microcomputerized multifunctional ion analyzer with a spectrophotometer. Results:The amount of vitamin C determined by this method was basically consistent with that by the method in Chinese Pharmacopeia(1995 edition). Conclusion:The result shows that this method is simpler and quicker than common spectrophotometry, all can be widely used for pharmaceutical analysis.
