| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨尿LH试纸与B超监测排卵的临床价值.方法:不孕症门诊需测排卵的首诊患者用LH试纸测尿LH峰,同时B超监测卵泡的发育情况.结果:无LH峰46例,正常排卵83例,黄素化卵泡未破裂30例,多囊卵巢综合征5例.结论:LH试纸预测排卵,B超监测排卵各有利弊,两者结合最好.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical application of LH test paper and B-ultrasound to forecast ovu-lafion. Methods First-visiting outpatient was tested uro-LH-peak with LH-test paper, meanwhile follow-up of follicular developmental capacity was carried out. Results There were 46 cases of none-LH-peak group,83 cases of normal group, 30 cases of luteinization-ooecium integration,and cases of polycystic ovarian syndrome. Conclusion Two ways in forecasting ovulation with LH test paper and B-ultrasound have different function and the combined application of two ways shonld be adopted. |
