茯苓紫外线诱变育种

摘    要:为了探讨紫外线诱变育种在茯苓优良菌种选育中的应用,将茯苓孢子悬液经紫外线照射后,通过茯苓优良菌种筛选模型筛选得到茯苓优良菌株P6.菌株P6摇瓶液体发酵后每升发酵液中菌丝体干重达11.92 g/L,较出发菌株P0菌丝体干重提高了7.58%.菌株P6传代培养后,用摇瓶液体发酵验证其遗传稳定性,实验结果表明其遗传稳定性良好.

Abstract:To explore the application of the ultraviolet ray induced mutation in breeding good strain of Poria cocos, good strain P6 has been obtained through the screening model of good strain after spore suspension of Poria cocos had been irradiated by ultraviolet ray. Its dry weight of filamentous form reached 11.92 gram per liter after strain P6 Erlenmeyer flask liquid fermentation, which was increased by 7. 58% compared with the original strain P0. After strain P6 subcultured, it was proved that good strain P6 had good genetic stability by strain P6 Erlenmeyer flask liquid fermentation.
