| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨急性脊髓损伤院前死亡病因、急救技术及院前急救体系建设,提高救治率.方法 分析137例病人院前救治过程及创伤情况.结果 137例病人中院前死亡37例(27.0%),存活100例(73.0%).结论 急性脊髓损伤病人院前死亡病因主要是多发伤,与急救技术、急救时间亦有显著关系,也有赖于院前急救体系的建设与重视.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the causes ,emergency treatment skills and EMSS(Emergency Medical Service System) of acute spinal cord injury out hospitalM.ethods To analyse 137 patients injuries and emergency treatments.Results 37 patients died(27.0%), 100 patients lived(73.0%).Conclusion Multiple injuries are the main dead causes of acute spinal cord injury out hospital,emergencytreatment skills and emergency treatment time significantly affect death, depend on EMSS,also. |
